You're probably wondering...

Q: What is your insurance policy if something breaks?

A: Alot of moving companies just offer the bare minimum .60 cents per pound per item coverage on your items, which is totally satisfactory. (If your furniture is made of concrete!)  Jokes aside, that number is totally unreasonable and rarely ever covers an item for its actual value. We insure all items for their full fair market value, capped at 10$/lb per item. If you have any especially valuable items you are unable to transport yourself, we do offer additional coverage for an extra charge.

Q: Do you move on weekends?

A: Of course we do! We know how stressful moving can be, we operate 7 days a week to ensure we can arrange our schedule around yours, not the other way around. And don't worry, there are no additional costs/fees for weekend jobs.

Q: Do you offer storage?

A: While we are still a relatively small company focused on Moving and do not currently offer any on-site storage services, we are happy to move you into a storage facility of your choice and can offer recommendations in South Metro area. 

Q: What equipment do you provide/use?

A: We keep our 24ft trucks stocked with just about everything needed to protect your items/house and make the move go as smooth and efficient as possible. Feel free to borrow any of our supplies/equipment, just be sure to return it by the end of the job!

Q: How do I make my move go smoothly?

A: While you can leave the heavy lifting for us, there are a few things you can do to make your move go smooth as possible. The first would be to make an itemized list and/or take pictures of everything in each room and send it to us in order to be able to give you the most accurate estimate. Next, it's time to pack. Stock up on supplies and Pack everything that will fit in a box. Don't forget to label! If you don't feel like packing, we also offer those services. You also want to make sure all furniture is cleared off and drawers are emptied when moving day comes, and you want to double check there is a clear path to all items being moved, no loose pets, etc. And of course, if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Q: Are there any items you can not take?

A: While it is our goal to be as helpful and flexible as possible, there are some items it's best we don't take or may have to release liability on, such as: Firearms, Live Plants/animals, Chemicals, Cash and other valuables, Open top boxes, light bulbs, lamp shades, etc.
